An old cat who is 18 years old suddenly goes viral. Because he has a hobby of eating tacos and going to restaurants.
For cat fans, cats that are 18 years old are definitely old cats, which are usually frail and sickly. Because the average life span of cats ranges from 12-15 years. But it’s different with a cat named Zaly.
Reporting from DailyMailUK (19/04), this cat suddenly went viral after TikTok user @rignpm04 uploaded the video.
“Every time we go to a Taco Bell restaurant, we have to buy potato tacos for our 18 year old cat,” explains Rig.
Complete with a video of him going to the Taco Bell restaurant, then continuing to a video of Zaly waiting for his food order to arrive. Zaly already knows the smell of his favorite food. So when it was placed in front of him, he immediately ate the tortilla he liked.
This video of Zaly eating tacos with gusto went viral and was watched more than 3.1 million times in one day. There are more than 3000 comments that go there. Some people even agree that food from Taco Bell can be the secret to longevity cats.
“This cat will live to be 27 years old, just so he can eat more tacos. I think I just found the key to cats’ eternal life,” joked one netizen.
“This female cat is 18 years old, of course there is something that makes her live long. I think it’s because of Taco Bell,” continued netizens.
There are also many old cat owners who admit that they often feed their cats with menus like humans. Like cooked shrimp, to ice cream.
Zaley himself just celebrated his 18th birthday last month. His favorite food menu is of course the spicy potato tacos from Taco Bell, which consists of tortillas, fried potato wedges, cheddar cheese, lettuce, and spicy chipotle sauce.
Although cats themselves are actually not recommended to eat foods containing garlic and onions. But Rig, the owner, explained that he still limits Zaly’s consumption of eating Taco Bell so that his cat stays healthy.
