One of the viral fried Indomie concoctions comes from Warkop Caksu. This simple warkop is in Surabaya. This Caksu concoction is a bit chewy, served with eggs and additional sauce and sweet soy sauce.
This Indomie Caksu creation went viral on TikTok. Hobby Makan’s video upload in February 2023 was successfully liked by 959 thousand TikTok users. Not only that, but many other TikTok netizens have tried it and made the concoction themselves at home.

One of the netizens who tried the Caksu-style Indomie concoction was Efrita ASMR. However, Efrita replaced the original fried Indomie with the Mie Aceh variant.
Efrita boils the noodles as usual, then mixes in eggs which are immediately crushed. Once it softens a bit, then add the spices.

This Indomie concoction also has to be added with chili sauce and sweet soy sauce. Add this spice to make it taste even more delicious. Serve the nyemek with a little of the remaining sauce.
The difference with ordinary nyemek noodle concoctions, Indomie Caksu does not use additional sliced spices, such as shallots, garlic and chilies. It only comes from the instant noodle seasoning.
