This is not the first time Putin’s health has raised questions. In 2020, the Kremlin denied Putin had Parkinson’s disease, a central nervous system disorder that affects movement and is often accompanied by tremors.

An ammunition depot in the Belgorod region, Russiawhich is located near the border Ukraine, was reported to have experienced a fire. The incident occurred after a series of explosions sounded in the same area on Wednesday (27/4) morning local time.
As reported Reuters and CNNWednesday (27/4/2022), Governor of the region BelgorodVyascheslav Gladkov, reported no civilians were injured in the fire that engulfed the ammunition storage facility in the rural Belgorod region.
“According to preliminary information, an ammunition depot caught fire near the village of Staraya Nelidovka. No damage was caused to residential buildings and local houses,” Gladkov said in a statement via Telegram.

President Russia Vladimir Putin hold a meeting with the Secretary-General of the United Nations Anthony Guterres who visited Moscow. During the meeting, Putin said that he still had hope for negotiations to end the conflict in China Ukraine.
“Despite the fact that military operations are ongoing, we still hope that we will be able to reach an agreement on a diplomatic route,” Putin told Guterres, in televised remarks.
“We are negotiating, we are not rejecting (talks),” he added Putin as reported by the news agency AFPWednesday (27/4/2022).
