KIEV – A video showing the President Russia Vladimir Putin dropping his pen during a meeting at the Collective Security Organization (CSTO) summit in Yerevan, Armenia, went viral on Twitter.

The 10-second video has been viewed more than 1.2 million times. The video was shared by adviser to Ukrainian Interior Minister Anton Gerashchenko on Thursday.
