JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Not long ago, a viral video of a Jeep Rubicon with plate number B 1360 BCY grazed another driver when he was about to exit the Mampang Prapatan toll gate, South Jakarta.
Knowing that his car was grazed, the victim chased the Jeep Rubicon to hold the driver of the Jeep Rubicon accountable.

DT, the initials of the driver who was the victim in the video, said that because he did not want to admit he was wrong, the victim asked him to settle it at the police station, at the Cilandak Police to be precise.
“However, when I reported it to the Cilandak Police, the officer said that there was neither there nor no handling of the accident. So I was told to go to the South Jakarta Police in Block A,” DT told Kompas.com, Saturday (22/7/2023).
“Because my wife and I had a lot of work at the office, my wife asked us not to report and just go to work,” said DT.

Responding to this, Deputy Chief of Police for Metro South Jakarta AKBP Harun said that the Polsek does not handle cases or incidents like that.
“You should go straight to the Police because the Police don’t handle it,” said Harun in a text message, Sunday (23/7/2023).
It’s just that the victim chose not to report the incident to the South Jakarta Police, so this case went viral on social media.
