The Indonesian Youth Congress (KPI) reports the spreader immoral videos 61 seconds long featuring a female figure who looks like an artist Nagita Slavina.
The report was made by KPI President Pitra Romadoni to the Central Jakarta Metro Police on Thursday (13/1).
It is known, the video had become a conversation in cyberspace. Celebrity Raffi Ahmad as Nagita’s husband has denied that the woman in the video is his wife.
“I focus on the reporter. The problem is whether the video is true by the artist or not, it will be handed over to investigators,” Pitra said to reporters, Thursday (13/1).
Pitra admitted to reporting this case because the video contained immoral or pornographic content and had spread on social media.
“We are worried about this spread, minors can access the nudity, that’s why. Because this is very, very sensitive, especially in the news bringing up the name of the artist, as a public figure,” he argued.
On this basis, Pitra reported the spread of the 61-second video with the Pornography Law and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE).
The report was received at the Central Jakarta Metro Police with LP number: B/100/I/2022/SPKT/Resort Jakpus/POLDA METRO JAYA.
