Viral Uploads Phanter Car Fills with Solar Rp 2.4 Million but Claims to Fill Dexlite All Pages

KOMPAS.com – An upload about conjecture solar hoarding viral on social media, Monday (18/4/2022).

In the videos and photos uploaded by the account this a Phanter car was seen filling up with fuel with a figure of Rp. 2.4 million.

When asked by the video maker, the owner of Panther admitted that he was filling Dexlite. But the price screen is covered, so it’s curious.

Then after the video maker opened the price screen it was discovered that it was not Dexlite type fuel but Solar.

It was informed that the incident occurred in Rimbo Bujang gas stationTebo, Jambi. The following is the narration of the upload:

“Solar is said to have run out.

It is clear at this gas station location that there is a Phanter Siluman car filling up diesel fuel in large quantities, reaching 2.4 million.

We asked: “What are you doing?”
Answer him: “I’m filling DEXLITE!”

We didn’t believe it either and were curious as to why the price screen had to be covered by a sticker, we opened the sticker, and it turned out that what was listed was not the DEXLITE price but the SOLAR price.

How did Pertamina respond?

Communication Relations & CSR of Pertamina Regional Sumbagsel, Tjahyo Nikho Indrawan, responded that his party had received information from the public that there was a gas station suspected of misusing the distribution of Bio-Solar fuel.

In addition, his party has also received a report from the superintendent of gas stations 24,372.25 Bungo Regency.

“The Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagsel team moved quickly to check locations suspected of abusing the distribution of bio-diesel fuel types,” Nikho said on Thursday. Kompas.com, Monday (18/4/2022).

He said that on April 17, 2022, at 21.00 WIB, it was suspected that there had been a filling of 466 liters of Bio-Solar fuel carried out by community members using a Panther-type car accompanied by various threats.

“Pertamina is committed to distributing subsidized diesel in an appropriate manner. We have prepared sanctions for gas stations that are proven to have violated the rules. The sanctions are in the form of a warning letter and suspension of the distribution of Bio Solar for 1 month which will be implemented after the Ramadhan and Eid al-Fitr 1443H task force periods, and will continue to be implemented. We will monitor further,” said Nikho.

He also said Pertamina Patra Niaga Sumbagsel continues to coordinate with the police regarding the misuse of subsidized fuel in order to maintain distribution at gas stations so that it can be distributed to the public.

He continued, in accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 191 of 2014, users who are entitled to subsidized diesel for the transportation sector are vehicles with black plates to transport people or goods, vehicles for public services (ambulances, fire engines, garbage collectors), and vehicles with yellow plates.

“Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Sumbagsel is committed to meeting fuel needs for the community,” added Nikho.

His party appealed to all people who saw the misuse of subsidized diesel, to immediately report it to law enforcement officials, or through the Pertamina Call Center (PCC) 135.
