A councilor from Porto Alegro, Brazil, decided to help people who were looking for work. The man has already found employment for fourteen of the sixty-two people he seeks to help. The man shared the story on Twitter.
The Brazilian citizen found a garbage bag with several pages, inside he found sixty-two resumes that were rejected by a company.
The councilor did not throw away the documents and through Twitter, D’Avila shared the story. He expressed his annoyance at the lack of respect for the candidates. “Absurd! This week I found 62 resumes in the street trash! Lack of respect for the unemployed! ”He shared.
He then explained that he set about finding jobs for people who had been rejected: “I put together every crumpled résumé and remade them all! And to value each one of them, I created this ‘Jewelery Curriculum’. And that’s how I go to companies to distribute these resumes. Some have even been hired! ”The man explained.
The Brazilian’s publication caused a stir in the social media, thousands of users thanked for the noble gesture of having helped so many people in the pandemic.
