Kapendam Jaya Colonel Arh Herwin BS said that the car driven by a TNI member was about to take the sick to the hospital. The car is intercepted by debt collectors.
Herwin said the TNI member was named Serda Nurhadi, Babinsa Ramil Semper Timur II / O5 Kodim Utara. The incident occurred on Thursday (6/5/2021) at around 14.00 WIB.

While taking over the helm, Serda Nurhadi was attacked by several debt collectors. The car was then taken to the North Jakarta Police.
