Aparna who works as a model recently visited the city of Varanasi, a city in India considered sacred by the local community.
It was during that visit to the city of Varanasi that Aparna made a Tiktok video showcasing the sights of Varanasi. But instead of praising this city, Aparna even called Varanasi the scariest city he had ever visited.
“The scariest city I’ve ever been to is Varanasi, India. The Ganges River is really very polluted and full of polluting waste,” Aparna said as she opened her Tiktok video.
“You see, people take baths there. On the way to the hotel, I saw human corpses burning. Look at my hotel, it’s very scary, isn’t it?” Aparna added.

Aparna also complained about the hotel she was staying at in Varanasi. You had to climb 40 steps before reaching the hotel. Aparna also called the interior of the hotel scary.
“The door is spooky and there is an electric fence so the monkeys don’t enter the hotel. To even reach the hotel, we have to go through this dark and very scary alley,” Aparna complained.
While in Varanasi, Aparna also saw many poor people sleeping in the middle of the street because they didn’t have a home, just like the many stray dogs that were found there as well.
“This place is absolutely terrible,” concluded Aparna.
Of course, Aparna’s Tiktok video sparked people’s anger India. Nearly 10,000 comments flooded Aparna’s TikTok video. On average, they regretted why Aparana made a video that “bad” Varanasi.

“I have traveled to many places. I have also uploaded videos on Jaipur and Mumbai. You all don’t care about the good videos I upload, but once I tell a bad experience I had, it explodes,” he added. .
“India it’s a beautiful country, but specific to this area, it’s not for me. I understand people go to Varanasi for a spiritual journey. It’s a holy city with a long history, but it’s not a city I like.”
