A Manpower Employee with a Contract Agreement (TKPK) for the Solo City Government who works at the DPRD, FM, has gone viral on social media for not coming to work without a permit. FM was finally given a sanction in the form of a warning letter (SP) 1.
“I have given the person concerned a written warning (SP 1). FM has also promised to be ready to be given severe sanctions if he does it again,” said Plt Sekwan Kinkin Sultanul Hakim when contacted detik.com, Sunday (12/12/2021).
Kinkin explained that FM went to Papua not for the purpose of pleasure. Instead, FM is said to have gone to Papua to provide assistance to children.
“So FM did get an invitation from UNICEF, because FM has empowering for children, related to child-friendly cities,” he explained.
Kinkin also said that FM had actually applied for permission to his direct superior. However, the permit is still only verbal and not official.
“I haven’t had time to process the permit, but the person concerned has already left for Papua. Maybe because the letter from UNICEF arrived late, so FM left first,” he said.
Kinkin said that FM’s performance so far is quite good. FM’s absence, he continued, was an accident.
“If the person is not good, we will certainly take strict action immediately, but FM is actually going to Papua with the aim of not having fun alone,” said Kinkin.
“Next week, we will gather all TKPK in DPRD to provide direction, hopefully this incident will not happen again,” he concluded.
