Recently, the monthly allowance given by Ruben Onsu to his wife, Sarwendah, has been widely discussed. It was mentioned that Ruben gave his wife around Rp. 40 million a month.
Through one of the deHakims Story YouTube uploads, Ruben also revealed how much monthly money was actually given to his wife. Not only that, as evidence Ruben even showed proof of a transfer from his account to Sarwendah’s account.
“Your honor is already very high, to your wife you say the monthly payment is IDR 40 million? People say it’s only IDR 40 million?” asked Irfan Hakim to Ruben.
After receiving this question without further ado, Ruben immediately called his assistant to ask for his cell phone. From his cellphone, Ruben showed proof of the monthly money transfer from him to Sarwendah. Seeing directly the nominal on the proof of the transfer, Irfan Hakim was shocked.
“Mam*us! Two hundred ten million nine hundred and eighty thousand one hundred and twenty seven rupiahs,” said Irfan.
According to Ruben, this monthly fee of around IDR 210 million is excluding school fees for his children, electricity, and so on. For electricity costs, Ruben usually pays around Rp. 55 million a month. However, if you throw a party, the electricity costs can reach IDR 60 million.
“But meals are included there, Rp. 210 million? Daily expenses, right?” asked Irfan curiously.
“It’s confusing, because there are also different purchases. Anyway, there are lots of them,” answered Ruben Onsu.

Video footage of Ruben Onsu’s monthly payment for Sarwendah then went viral and was widely shared on social media, one of which was on TikTok @ryojaya. Broadcast more than 3.8 million times, various netizen opinions also appear to fill the comments column.
