In the story posted on Facebook @Infocegatansolo and its surroundings and Instagram @infocegatansolo, the driver is made a suspect.

The story began when the ojol driver received an order to deliver goods on Friday (11/6/2021) at around 12.33 WIB.

“I got a Go-Shop order with the order listed on the application and a written note: “Honey Wine” with cardboard packaging and tightly tapered. From a seller in the application named: “Goblin,” Thus the snippet of the post, as seen by detikcom, Sunday (13/6/2021).

The location for taking the goods is said to be in one of the restaurants in the Cemani area. The ojol service orderer reasoned that he was eating at the restaurant.

“After paying for the order of IDR 375,000 then I contacted the recipient I got from the seller that I would immediately deliver the order,” continued the post.

Then the ojol driver delivered the goods and waited at the west side door of the Tirtonadi Terminal, as stated in the information on the application. However, after arriving at the location, the customer did not want to pay for it.

“Even I was told to wait on the grounds that the order was still missing.”

“After another Gojek driver arrived, I was asked about the contents of the order in the box. I replied, “I don’t know because I dare not open it.”

Then, he continued, one of the boxes was opened and it turned out to be six bottles of red wine. Not long after, the Sparta Polresta team arrived who took him and another ojol driver to the Surakarta Police Headquarters.

“I was allowed to go home after signing a letter of acceptance stating that I was a suspect in a criminal case of buying and selling alcohol,” he explained.

“Even though I clearly stated that I did not know the contents of the item, because I only carried out the order according to the application and SOP of PT. Gojek Indonesia, and I am now obliged to report,” he continued.

The post received various responses from the public. Not a few have questioned the actions of the Solo Police which made him a suspect.

Responding to the post, Solo Deputy Chief of Police AKBP Denny Heryanto said the party who brought the alcohol should be questioned. He admits he doubts if the driver ojol was made a suspect.

“The procedure is that anyone who brings alcohol must be questioned. This alcohol is a tipiring entry, if you say a suspect, I also doubt it,” he told AFP at the UNS Stadium, Solo, today.
