Taxi service a Halim Airport Viral perdanakusuma on social media. One netizen complained about high taxi fares and limited choice of means of transportation.
This thread was originally uploaded from the @sylvkartika Twitter account. He said there were only three vehicle options there, namely Puskopau, Grab Puskopau and Gojek Puskopau taxis. According to him, everything in Puskopau has already marked the price, so he asked to pay a surcharge or a surcharge.
“There is no Blue Bird. Everything Puskopau has comes with a premium price. The HLP at my house is in the range of Rp. 60,000-Rp. 80,000. My Grab (the price) is Rp. 118,000. He refers to this as literally the offender’s practice. People are forced to pay markups for taxi fares and surcharges, then pay for airlines that include airport services.
“I don’t know what hooligan literally means. But the rich are forced to pay everywhere, pay markups for taxi prices, pay surcharges again. We also pay for airlines that include airport services,” he explained.
If indeed the goal is airport maintenance, it should be charged the full service price to the airline, then the airline will charge the passengers.
Sylvi also mentioned the existence of a monopoly. He asked why other transport services like Bluebird weren’t allowed in.
“Why can’t Blue Bird come in? So why does everything have to be overcharged, you have money from the airline, so what? Why are we being told to pay another fee?” he asked.
He compared the conditions of Halim Perdanakusuma with those of the Soekarno-Hatta airport. Although the surcharge also applies to Soekarno-Hatta Airport, there are still Blue Bird taxis with normal prices.
