Letter of request for holiday allowance (THR) with letterhead from Serang City Satpol PP viral on social media (social media). The letter is addressed to the head of the company, PT, and PD.
The letter appears to be dated April 18, 2022. However, the name, employee identification number and signature on the letter have been blurred.
In the letter, a party called the Serang PP Satpol asked for the participation of company leaders in Serang City ahead of Eid al-Fitr. Considering that members of the Satpol PP have been tasked with maintaining security and order in the city area.
“Thus, we convey this letter, we Satpol PP Kota Serang say many thanks to the leadership of the company,” reads the contents of the letter.
Explanation of Serang City Satpol PP
Kasatpol PP Serang City Kusna Ramdani asked those who had received the letter to ignore it. He said the letter could have been made by someone.
“The bottom line is that it’s just a person and please those who feel they have received the letter to ignore it, don’t respond to the letter,” said Kusna when asked for confirmation, Thursday (21/4/2022).
At the moment Satpol PP Serang is currently conducting an internal investigation into the circulation of the letter. He said his institution did not issue the THR request letter.
According to him, every letter that comes out should be recorded in the register book. The wet stamp in the letter can be real or fake.
“Now we are in the process of investigating, if it’s official, there must be a number of the letter issued as well,” he said.
