The New York pop culture magazine Complex the producer said he never expected Earth Wind & Fire to like the song that much. It was a crazy feeling and he was honored that such a legendary band understood what he wanted to achieve with his music.

The American producer’s mission is to overcome musical boundaries with his remixes, he tells Complex. He hopes that at some point it will stop saying: This is a pop song, this is a reggae song and this is a rap song. But just: this is a song. No matter what musical ingredients it is made of. Blaccmass wants to bring people together. Because when several genres flow into one another, there is something for everyone, he believes.
