The man had taken her to Ohio to visit relatives, but took her after they found out she had been reported missing, according to a police statement.
The other driver called 911 from Interstate 75 in Laurel County, Kentucky, Thursday to report a girl in a silver Toyota car was making hand signals for help for domestic violence.
