Many circulating on social media, someone who claims to be an insurance customer THAT visited the branch office of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA).

In the account uploaded video TikTok M Ahza S Arrasyid said on Sunday (20/3) that they were asking for justice as victims of AIA insurance.

The customer complained that the claimed money did not match what was deposited while showing a video while at the branch office of the private bank number one.

In another video, the customer also lists the incoming money of Rp. 33 million for 7 years and is difficult to disburse.

Then in the text of the video he wrote related due date and not processed so that the application is left alone.

As of Monday evening, this video has been watched about 166,000 times and liked 3,324 times. TikTok residents also commented on the video.

In response to this, the AIA has not yet commented. Until this news was written, the AIA still has not responded to whatsapp from CNN Indonesia.

Meanwhile, Executive Vice President Secretariat & Corporate Communication of BCA Hera F Haryn emphasized that the company always runs its business in accordance with applicable regulations.

“We can convey that in carrying out its business activities, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) always pays attention to the applicable legal provisions, including the provisions and directions set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as the banking supervisory agency,” he said in an official statement.

He revealed insurance products that are marketed through cooperation bancassurance between BCA and insurance companies is a product of insurance companies.

Finally, Hera said that his party will communicate and coordinate with insurance companies and relevant authorities in order to run a healthy business climate.
