Vip vaccination: Justice defines the responsibility of former officials and beneficiaries

With these elements, Judge Capuchetti and prosecutor Taiano will determine if the former officials had criminal responsibility and what is the situation of those vaccinated vip, who agreed to receive the dose without their having corresponded. The dilemma is to determine if the actions of the officials who ordered the VIP vaccination and of those vaccinated it is criminal or just unethical. And if the fact that some of the inoculates appear registered as “Health personnel” is an ideological falsehood that should be investigated in this case or in another file.

The issue was rekindled this week when the Treasury Attorney, Carlos Zannini, He said that not only did he not regret having been vaccinated, but that he was right back. “I knew that I was in the legal conditions to be vaccinated”, He said in an interview with C5N, ignoring that in the list where his vaccination was registered, the head of the State’s attorneys was not registered because of his position, but as “health personnel.” The same as his wife, Patricia alsúa, which does not have that health function either.

Zannini didn’t stop there: he said he told Verbitsky that he shouldn’t feel guilty about getting the vaccine, either. “You do not have to act guilty because you need to be protected by society”. Emboldened, the prosecutor took aim at the opposition. “I regret not having my photo taken”, he said, to insist: “If I regret something, it is to have given them the opportunity to criticize us ”.

In addition to Verbitsky, Taiana, Valdés and the Zannini couple, the list of 70 people provided by the Government also includes the former president Eduardo Duhalde, his wife, Hilda Gonzalez, his daughters and his secretary, Carlos Mao. Other Peronist leaders were immunized, such as Lorenzo Pepe, Hugo Curto (with his wife) and Jorge “el Topo” Devoto; entrepreneurs like Seza Manukian Y Florencio Aldrey Iglesias, together with their relatives Dolores, Matilde and Lourdes Noya; as well as young officials who were not part of the risk groups.
