Violent incident in Kristiansand – Two people to emergency room – NRK Sørlandet – Local news, TV and radio

Two people were injured and sent to Sørlandet hospital after a violent incident in an apartment in the center of Kristiansand on Tuesday morning.

One person is suspected of violence.

– No one is seriously injured, operations manager Lars Hyberg tells NRK.

There must have been seven people at the same address.

According to the police, the two people who have been taken to hospital appear to be the most active in the incident.

The people involved are said to be a 51-year-old man and a 22-year-old man, and are known to the police from before.

– It may indicate that the injuries have come as a result of a fight, says Hyberg.

Moved out to threatening situation

The police in Agder moved out with several police patrols after they received a report of a threatening situation.

The person experienced the situation as threatening, says Hyberg.

Weapons were provided on the mission as the situation was unclear.

At 1:00 p.m., the police were able to state that there must have been an argument that developed between the two men.

No one arrested

The lawyer on duty has decided that no one will be arrested in the case.

At 1:00 p.m., the police patrols at the site are about to finish their work, Hyberg can tell.

The police received a report about the incident at 11.14am.

The incident is said to have taken place in an apartment complex in the north of Kristiansand city centre.
