A brawl broke out in front of a school in Vals-près-le Puy, the ISVT (Institute of Life and Earth Sciences), Friday April 5, around 5 p.m. A dispute over a mutual friend of the protagonists would be at the origin of the fight, according to the first elements.
A police emergency crew was dispatched to the scene for a schoolboy threatened with a knife. On site, the patrol discovered a young victim aged 15, attending school in the establishment. After checks, no knives were found at the scene. It was just a rumor.
A punch in the stomach
Three teenagers, who were at the scene, were arrested and taken to the police station. Placed in police custody, two of them were exonerated thanks to the victim’s testimony.
The third involved, a 14-year-old teenager who does not attend the same establishment and from Paulhaguet, allegedly admitted during his hearing to having punched the other minor in the stomach. The latter must be summoned, with his parents, next May before the prosecutor’s delegate for a criminal composition.
Exchanges of insults on Snapchat
The victim, originally from Puy-en-Velay, was fortunately not injured and was not prescribed any ITT (Temporary Work Interruption) days. The fight allegedly took place after exchanges of insults on the social network Snapchat.
In recent days, several college students have been attacked in front of their schools, like Samara who was beaten up in front of her college in Montpellier. Most recently, in Viry-Châtillon (Essonne), a 15-year-old teenager was violently attacked by several people as he left his school. He died this Friday early in the afternoon.
