Physical violence against an emergency team. A paramedic and an ambulance driver were injured, the police in Blagoevgrad reported.
On Friday afternoon, a report was filed at the regional office in Petrich by an employee of FSMP-Petrich, who announced that she was attacked while visiting a report about an injured man in the village of Kavrakirovo.
While the patient was being transported, he started running amok in the ambulance and punched the paramedic in the chest area, and after the ambulance stopped he punched the ambulance driver in the mouth.
The 21-year-old perpetrator of the act was detained by the police officers who immediately arrived at the scene. Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in the case. Work continues.
