Video of a man being beaten by two men on Jalan Otista, Kota Bogor, West Java, circulating on social media (social media). The victim was seen lying on his back.
In the video seen detikcom, Monday (1/1/2024), there were several people who tried to break it up. However, the two people still abused the victim.
One of the people even appeared to be attacking the victim using a jimbe musical instrument. Several residents were hysterical when the incident occurred.
Confirmed regarding the video, Kapolsek Bogor Central Commissioner Surya said the incident allegedly occurred on Sunday (31/12/2023). Meanwhile he said there had been no reports.
“That was yesterday (the incident), there was no report to the Sector Police,” said Surya.
However, his party will carry out an investigation into the incident. This is to find out the true incident and reveal the perpetrator.
“Well, we don’t know this yet, that’s why we’ll investigate (investigate) first. Who is this person, where do they (the perpetrator) like to hang out,” he concluded.
