Beaten for having reported to a driver that her vehicle was preventing her from maneuvering. A 48-year-old motorist found herself stuck by the car of another 53-year-old woman, in Colomiers, near Toulouse (Haute-Garonne). The situation quickly degenerated, says 20 minutes.
The 40-year-old got out of her vehicle to report the problem to the other driver. She replied that she was on the phone. She finally got out of her car too. The verbal confrontation gave way to violence: the forties was violently beaten by the second driver.
15 days of ITT
The victim was given 15 days of total incapacity for work (ITT) in the hospital.
After several months of investigation, investigators from the urban security brigade (BSU) on the left bank arrested the alleged perpetrator on Thursday, who was placed in police custody. Already known to the police, she confessed. She is summoned on March 13 before the criminal court.
