do redesign for the rebound. Unable to take place in 2020, Vinexpo New York will be held on Wednesday March 9 and Thursday March 10, 2022 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York under the new name of Vinexpo America. “With its new name, Vinexpo America wishes to embrace the entire North American market” indicates in a press release Rodolphe Lameyse, the general manager of the event group Vinexposium (alliance of Vinexpo and Comexposium).
Organized in partnership with the American group Diversified Communications, the American Vinexpo show is repositioning itself to be “exclusively devoted to wines, with representation from all the great vineyards of the world” specifies Rodolphe Lameyse, while a new event dedicated to spirits and alcoholic beverages (beers and crafts in particular) will be held at the same time to complete and structure the offer: Drinks America.

Reserved for professionals, the two shows will be held in the new hall 3 of the New York exhibition center. Created to support the development of American consumption of alcoholic beverages, the Drinks America trade show responds for Rodolphe Lameyse to the need “to offer our customers a global business platform across the American continent that includes, alongside wine, spirits, crafts and beers”.
“The launch of our events in the United States in 2022 is part of a context conducive to the resumption of trade between Europe and the United States” concludes Rodolphe Lameyse, while the American surtaxes on French wines are temporarily lifted (click here to find out more).
