Mayor of Balma, 3rd Vice-president of Toulouse Métropole and Regional Councilor of the Occitanie Pyrénées-Méditerranée Region, Vincent Terrail-Novès is a candidate for the presidency of the Occitanie Region.
A native of Toulouse, Vincent Terrail-Novès, 42, married and father of an 8-year-old daughter, is the son of Guy Novès, the former emblematic coach of the Stade Toulousain and of the French rugby team. He is a physiotherapist and has been practicing for more than 20 years with dependent elderly people (in EHPAD). In 2009, he himself created an accommodation establishment. Since 2017, he has not been a member of any movement or political party. Vincent Terrail-Novès is running in the regional elections which will take place on June 20 and 27, under the Nouvel Élan Occitan banner, a large gathering list ranging from a reasoned left to a moderate right.
