Vincent Cavin leaves the ASF
By mutual agreement, the Swiss Football Association and Vincent Cavin have decided to end their working relationship on December 31, 2023 after 13 years of fruitful collaboration.
First with the U21 team and since 2014 with the first team, the Swiss Football Association and Vincent Cavin have participated in the London Olympic Games, a final phase of the Nations League, three World Cups and at two European Championships, the last of which the team reached the quarter-finals.
Today, after much mutual satisfaction, good memories and intense emotions, both parties have decided to separate, allowing Vincent Cavin to take on new professional challenges.
“The ASF sincerely thanks Vincent Cavin who, under the direction of 3 national coaches, Ottmar Hitzfeld, Vladimir Petkovic and Murat Yakin, contributed with his broad skills and his intense commitment to the regular qualifications of our national team to the UEFA and FIFA final tournaments” , declares Dominique Blanc, president of the ASF.
