Mark Sinclair, known to the world as Vin Diesel, has been accused of sexual assault by his former personal assistant, Asta Jonasson.
The incident was said to have occurred while filming Fast and Furious 5 in 2010, reports British BBC. The lawsuit alleges that the 56-year-old actor physically assaulted Jonass in his hotel suite and “ignored” her clear signs of disapproval of him touching her.
After the former assistant “screamed and ran to a nearby restroom,” Diesel allegedly “pressed his body against the wall” and performed a sexual act on her.

“A few hours” after the incident, according to the suit, the actor’s sister Samantha Vincent, who runs his production company One Race Films, fired the assistant.
In addition to allegations of sexual harassment, the lawsuit also includes allegations of gender discrimination, unlawful retaliation, emotional harm and wrongful termination.
The star of the Fast and Furious franchise categorically denies any accusations. “This is the first time (Diesel) is hearing about this more than 13-year-old allegation, allegedly from a nine-day employee,” his lawyer, Bryan Freedman, said in a statement to CNN.
