A malicious person took advantage of the fact that a Villeurbannais had not closed the door of his apartment, in a building in La Perralière, to enter his home. This Wednesday, May 26 afternoon, a 39-year-old man entered discreetly and stole the occupants’ handbag.
Arrested shortly after by the police, the almost forty-something was also checked in possession of a stolen bank card the same morning.
The man was taken into custody in the wake, before being presented to the prosecution on Friday, May 28. He was sentenced to eight months in prison.
