A 21-year-old motorist was checked by the police on the night of Friday to Saturday, around 1:45 a.m., rue du Docteur-Frappaz, in the Perralière-Grandclément district, in Villeurbanne.
The young man was driving without a driver’s license or insurance. He was already known to the police, for similar facts. He was presented on Saturday afternoon to the public prosecutor’s office, with a view to a judgment in appearance at a deferred date, Monday, at the Lyon court, for this conduct as a repeat offense without a license or insurance.
