Barcelona turned 0–2 to 3–2 against Villarreal but then the away team turned.

Xavi was furious over a missed penalty after the game ended 3–5.

Real Madrid leads

Earlier on Saturday, Real Madrid won away against Las Palmas.

Just like “Los Blancos” did many times earlier in the season, they turned a deficit into victory. Aurélien Tchouaméni decided with his 2-1 goal in the 84th minute.

Real Madrid top La Liga two points ahead of Girona and ten points ahead of Barcelona.
