Vijay Devarakonda Donates 1 Crore Rupees to 100 Families after the Success of ‘Khushi’

After the success of the movie ‘Khushi’, Vijay Devarakonda announced that he will give 1 lakh rupees each to 100 families. The actor is ready to distribute one crore rupees received from Khushi’s profit and his remuneration to 100 families. Vijay Deverakonda’s announcement was made when he attended an event organized in Visakhapatnam to celebrate the success of the movie Khushi along with the producers.

Devarakonda said that not only the happiness of the film’s success, but also the income earned from the film is shared as fans. The actor, who said that all his fans are members of the Devara family, praised the fans and also criticized those who create fake ratings and negative YouTube reviews through fake accounts.

Words by Vijay Devarakonda;

You all want me and my films to succeed. You are sad when my films fail and you are happy when they become hits. I would like to make a pledge on this stage. From now on I dedicate myself completely to you and your happiness along with my family. I want to see you all smile. I can’t meet everyone but want to share ‘Khushi’ with everyone personally. As part of sharing my happiness, I am donating one crore rupees from my salary to you, my family members. I will select one hundred families from among you and give one lakh to each of them. I want to share my savings and happiness with you. You are all part of the Devara family. I share the ‘Spreading Khushi’ form on my social media platforms. I will be very happy if the money I give is useful for your family.

Directed by Siva Nirvana, the pan-Indian romantic drama Khushi hit the theaters on September 1. Vijay Devarakonda and Samantha are the main protagonists of the movie and it is getting good response from the audience. Earlier this year, he had sent 100 devotees to Manali with all expenses paid.
