Vijay with the announcement of the new film. The new update is that Dalapati 68 is getting ready under the direction of hitmaker Venkat Prabhu. Vijay shared the announcement video of the film through his social media. The film is produced by AGS Entertainments. Vijay is currently acting in Lokesh Kanraj’s Leo. It is reported that Dalapati will join in 68 after this.

Venkat Prabhu is the director of Manaad, Mankatha and Chennai 600028. Dalapati 68 is also the first film where Venkat and Vijaya will team up. Yuvan Shankar Raja is directing the music of Dalapati 68. This is also the second film with Vijay Yuvan Shankar Raja after the 2003 release New Geethai.
There are unconfirmed reports that the film will release in 2024. Details about the rest of the cast and crew of the film will be out soon.

The film ‘Leo’ directed by Lokesh Kanakraj is being prepared for Vijay in the line-up. Trisha is the heroine in the film. Gautham Vasudev Menon, Arjun, Mathew Thomas, Myshkin, Sanjay Dutt, Priya Anand and Babu Antony also play important roles in Vijay’s film.
