Bohemia Interactive has announced the release of Vigor Chronicles: Malediction, the latest chapter in the free-to-play looter shooter Vigor series. The new update, available now, introduces the new Taiga 21 Auto Shotgun, the new Mairen Knockout map, and all-new leaderboards across all game modes.
This new update focuses on new and improved leaderboards where players will be able to track various statistics across all game modes. Mairen is also included as the final elimination card, which was introduced in Skirmishes and Skirmishes in previous seasons. Last but not least, the horror-themed Battle Pass for the Halloween season will bring with it chilling cosmetics, all-new Booster Tickets, and the terrifying Taiga 21 Shotgun.
“This is the last update for this year, and naturally we want to end 2023 with pomp. That’s why we decided to go with a horror-themed battle pass, as it was one of the most requested themes in our community and the timing seemed right since Halloween is just around the corner. We are also very excited to introduce our players to new leaderboards where they will be able to track more stats than before, as well as specific stats for each game mode. And “Miren” will finally be part of all game modes, since we are now releasing it as a “Knockout” map,” said marketing specialist Antonis Dimosthenous.
