Less than a month is left before the release of Redfall. It’s no surprise that we’ve been getting new material regularly lately. This time it’s time for gameplay that showcases co-op.
on video, published by IGN (which collected only 639 likes against 2.3 thousand dislikes), shows a team of several players in a fight with one of the secondary bosses. What also prevents the players from effectively completing the task is the standard enemies and … their own “crookedness”. In the video, testers demonstrate a highly chaotic way of dealing with bloodthirsty vampires, which may turn viewers off rather than convince them to buy the game.
Interestingly, other viewers also have similar observations on this topic. There is no shortage of critical comments on the Redfall forum. Moreover, the gameplay provoked the community to the conclusion that the game is just boring and monotonous. Here are some examples of opinions:
It can’t be the best footage they got.
Why are testers so clumsy? Or maybe the game just looks boring.
They just run around and use weapons that look like they stun rather than deal damage.
this game will be forgotten a week after its release
Well, this is the video that put the nail in the game’s coffin.
Will Redfall really be as boring as players claim? We’ll find out on May 2nd when it’s released. The game is coming to PC and Xbox Series X/S. From launch, the game will be available as part of a Game Pass subscription – both on PC and on the aforementioned consoles.
