Vietnam at an international biotechnology congress in the United States
A delegation from the Ministry of Health, led by its permanent deputy minister Dô Xuân Tuyên, attends the International Congress of the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO) 2023 from June 5 to 8 in Boston, United States.

During the event, Vice Minister Dô Xuân Tuyên pointed out that recognizing the advantages and roles of biotechnology in general and biopharmaceutical technology in particular, the government and the Ministry of Health of Vietnam have proposed a series of solutions and investment incentive policies to promote the development of this sector.
On this occasion, the Vietnamese delegation had working sessions with scientists, researchers, Vietnamese students in the United States, American companies, companies participating in the congress, the Australian delegation, as well as representatives of the company Biomed . She also visited Harvard Medical School (HMS).
Deputy Minister Dô Xuân Tuyên said he hoped that Vietnam would continue to receive support and cooperation from partners in the development of the pharmaceutical industry in general and biopharmaceutical in particular.
