If not treated quickly, it can lead to many dangerous complications that can lead to disability and death. So things like high blood pressure, dyslipidemia, overweight and obesity, lack of physical activity, and excessive energy diets; Early risk factors for diabetes, such as abuse of alcohol, beer, and cigarettes, must be recognized.

In order to prevent disease, it is necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet appropriately, exercise daily, minimize risk factors, and apply early medical measures to eliminate them early. Perform a blood sugar test every year to detect diseases and pre-diabetes early.
