If enough Viennese can be tested, the traffic light could soon shine orange.
Actually, it was almost so far at the last meeting of the traffic light commission: Even before the hard lockdown began, Vienna was the only federal state to have a value below 100 points in the commission’s “risk-adjusted evaluation table” on December 22: there were 97, 2.
This means that Vienna – in addition to the districts of Mistelbach with 96.0 points and Hollabrunn with 70.4 points – would have met the conditions for the first time before Christmas to be switched from red to orange.
