Vienna meets Zurich: Patrick Schindler cooks in the “R&bar” – Falstaff

The “No Borders” series. «R&B» entering the next round: On August 14 and 15, the Swiss Patrick Schindler will be a guest at the wine bar in Vienna. The restaurant has made a name for itself in Zurich especially through several culinary projects in Zurich such as “Bar Lupo”, “Action Burger” or currently “Soi Thai” he made his name. Now he serves them Thai street food at his popular summer pop-up for the first time in Vienna. There are also wines from the Peternell collection and from Nittnaus Restaurant.

On Wednesday, August 14th, Thai creations will be served à la carte from 6pm, and on Thursday, August 15th, Bangkok Street Food will be available in the bar courtyard between 1 and 6pm.
