The investigation department of the Vienna State Criminal Police Office arrested a suspected sex offender in Vienna-Favoriten on Tuesday morning. The investigators had found the whereabouts of the wanted man and arrested the 41-year-old Slovak in an accommodation in Favoriten. The man is accused of raping a woman in Germany.
Access took place in the morning hours. The suspect was arrested without resistance and taken to a prison.
