A car hit a drunk man in Vienna who had previously ignored a red light.
An intoxicated pedestrian crossed a protective path on the Lerchenfelder Gürtel in Vienna-Ottakring in the night of Sunday, May 30th, and was hit by a car and seriously injured. The 29-year-old was given emergency medical care by the emergency medical services in Vienna and brought to a hospital. An alcohol test showed a value of 2.14 per mille, reported the police.
