Mendocino striker Valentín Castellanos, who almost became a River Plate player earlier this year, scored four goals today in New York FC’s 6-0 home win over Real Salt Lake, 6-0, where he was Argentine Pablo Ruiz also started, in a match corresponding to the seventh date of the American Major League Soccer (MLS).
The other two goals of the current MLS champion were converted by the Brazilian Thiago and in this way the New Yorkers left the last position of Zone 1 of the contest, while Real Salt Lake remains in fifth place of Group 2.
