Five years after landing his very first role in the series All life, following a call to all on Facebook – the production was looking for new faces to play young pregnant women – actress Naïla Louidort continues her rise by becoming the new intern at Cabinet Lapointe-MacDonald in Indefensible.
It’s quite a mandate for someone who didn’t go to theater school, but who has a natural instinct for acting.

Mélodie Dominique, her character, arrives in the TVA judicial daily this Monday, the partners André (Michel Laperrière) and Léo (Sébastien Delorme) having abruptly ended the internship of Maxence (Tom-Éliot Girard), a young man full of himself- even one that they just couldn’t work with.
The young woman is the complete opposite of Maxence. Shy and reserved by nature, Mélodie stands out for her intelligence, her work ethic and her great photographic memory. Without stories, she is a little naive and eager to learn. First in class, she is embarrassed at first glance, but gains confidence by being around people. A bit like his interpreter.
“I was like Mélodie during the first day of filming, I remember it was last May 21. I had a little discomfort, a nervousness. I said to myself: “Oh! I’m joining the Lapointe-MacDonald Cabinet!” I observed people working to understand the rhythm, to take my place. They are such a great team in all departments. We carry this together and it helps us move forward,” said the 22-year-old actress, who was born and raised in the Rivière-des-Prairies district, in eastern Montreal.

Mélodie Dominique is passionate about law, but even Naïla Louidort would not entrust her with a case at the start of her internship, because she lacks confidence. She will undoubtedly gain confidence with her internship supervisor, Léo.
“She wants to do well and, above all, she wants to please and do her job properly. It makes her a little goofy and clumsy, we’ll see that during the season.
Naïla Louidort, who still describes herself as a “baby in [s]on domain” and who says she is a “shameful extrovert” – once she gets to know people, she expresses herself and takes her place –, works as hard as her character to succeed. She has already spoken in an interview about dealing with imposter syndrome, but she achieves her goals by redoubling her efforts, she who appeared in the credits of the series Alerts, 5e rang, Red bracelets et The fault.

“I find that I already have good discipline, I am very square in terms of my way of working upstream before arriving on set. It forced me not to miss one, to go to bed earlier when I can, to be more aware of my work and my life so that it can mix well,” she said. tell.
In addition to the filming ofIndefensible which continue, Naïla Louidort also plays in the play To great evils, great speecheswho is on tour throughout Quebec. She therefore has to deal with the road and memorizing her texts when she has a minute to herself.
“I control my time well to get there and I’m really learning all the time.”
