The León Club once again used its creativity in social networks, but not to announce any reinforcement, but to publicize the renewal of one of its top figures in the current squad: Ángel Mena.
La Fiera made use of technology to communicate to the fans that Mena, who arrived at the club for the Clausura 2019, will continue to wear the emerald shirt in search of giving them more joy in the Grita Mexico 2021 Tournament that is about to begin and until the summer of 2023, according to information from Israel Romo, a TUDN reporter.
Inside the Green Panzas T-shirt, at neck height, a code from Spotify, the world’s largest streaming music platform, is printed, so when looking for the code from the application it would send you to a podcast called “ The T-Shirt That Talks ”.
“Have you not seen the label of our T-Shirt That Speaks?” León asked his followers on Twitter, who immediately reacted by sharing the news that Ángel Mena himself announced on the platform.
“Hello, I’m Ángel Mena and to you who are listening to this shirt, I want to tell you that I have renewed with the León Club, we will continue defending it together for many more years. Always listen to the shirt, being Fiera is a pride ”, is heard in the audio along with a reggaeton song dedicated to the offensive midfielder.
Mena, 33, arrived at La Fiera at the Clausura 2019 after having served two years in Cruz Azul. The Ecuadorian was already champion of Liga MX in Guard1anes 2021 and has 50 goals and 25 assists in 97 games played with León.
