It was an unusual accident that took place on Wednesday, September 14 on an American highway. While driving near Oklahoma City, a truck overturned, spilling its load of sex toys on the road. Many vibrators are therefore scattered around the street.

The scene was broadcast by the American media Oklahoma 4 TV and News9. In the images, we can see an overturned truck and dozens of boxes all along the way.

As our colleagues at Slate recount, TV presenters initially weren’t able to tell what had just fallen on the road. It was Vice reporters who were able to see more clearly by zooming in on the images and discovering pink vibrators and tubes of lube.
The highway ramp was blocked for many hours due to the accident. Fortunately, no casualties were reported. The vibrators could then be picked up and the truck evacuated.
