The launch of this new smartphone has been delayed by the chip ban in the United States, which experts say could still hamper smartphone shipments despite a successful launch.
The company may also still have to make tough choices between its flagship series of smartphones due to the limited stock of chips, the experts added. The lack of specificity is mainly explained by the repression made by the Americans. But experts have claimed that the fact that vendors have received the Mate 50 design could mean that the fate of the new smartphone is brighter than expected. Huawai could have solved the chip problem using existing stocks of Kirin 5000 5G chips.
