The closing ceremony of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games had an unbeatable ending. The one expected by everyone, since the surprise had been leaked: Tom Cruise would appear, do some of his stunts and leave the audience in shock. And even though the outcome was already known, it was still impressive. The American actor came down from the roof of the Stade de Francehe went on a motorcycle and, to make it complete, he gave way to Los Angeles 2028 with a mini recital of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Billie Eilish y los raperos Snoop Dogg y Dr. Dre. After the American anthem, when the transfer of power to the next Olympic Games was taking place, The flashes pointed to the sky and the 62-year-old actor was seen. Despite the passage of time, a Tom who never shied away from doing the stunts himself did not lose his courage: He threw himself from the roof onto the stage using a harness, grabbed the Olympic flag and rode off on a motorbike.

The Paris-Los Angeles connection was then made through a video that once again featured the Yankee star: he got on the plane with his motorcycle, parachuted and landed on the famous Hollywood sign, decorated with the Olympic rings. What followed only made the show bigger…

You can already feel it: the Olympic Games are coming, full of entertainment.
