Patrick Warren, Chief Safety and Security Officer of the MTA, (company to which the bus involved in the accident belongs), said in a statement on Friday morning: “Our thoughts are with the victims and we hope that they can recover quickly.”

The scene could have sprung from an action film: On a video that was recorded yesterday at around 11.10 p.m. in the Bronx district of New York, you can see a bus crashing over a bridge onto the lower street. He thundered to the ground about 15 meters.
