Invoices, brochures, reminders, contracts – who else should know about them? As a non-profit organization, consumer advice centers can help with legal problems in everyday consumption – with free information and inexpensive advice.

You will find consumer advice centers in all federal states – with a wide range of services in around 200 advice centers. Around a thousand employees work in the consumer centers of the federal states and the Federal Association of Consumers. Consumer advice centers cover a wide range of topics and help consumers with their advisory services.

We present a selection of our topics in a few videos and give initial, practical tips.
