The Red Hot Chili Peppers supergroup has announced the release of a new album: the band’s twelfth studio recording, Unlimited Love, will be released on April 1 under Warner Music.
“Big Hot Chili Peppers” fans are very happy: in addition to the news of the release of a new album, “pepper” has announced that the charismatic guitarist John Frusciante has returned to the band and participated in the creation of the album. On the day the album was announced, the band also released their first newsletter – the lively song “Black Summer”.
The upcoming album “Unlimited Love” is produced by Rick Rubin, a longtime friend of the band, with whom he has previously collaborated on albums such as “Blood Sugar Sex Magik” (1991), “Californication” (1999), “By The Way” ( 2002) and Stadium Arcadium (2006). “Our only goal is to get lost in music. We (John, Anthony, Chad and Fle) have spent thousands of hours together and individually to create the best album we’ve ever created. We are damn grateful for the opportunity to be together in one room and work better again. Days, weeks and months were spent listening to each other, composing and “jamming” in a free mood. We were surrounded by sounds, rhythm, vibrations, words and melodies. Every song on the album is a reflection of us, a view of our universe.
